Results

HEK 293 CELLS FLASK

Completed flask containing 0.5mL of cells and 10mL of MEM

Confluency

conclusion

In conclusion, the experiment provided valuable insight in cell preparation for cryopreservation and on the process of cryopreservation itself. The experiment was successful, reinforcing the already known findings in cryopreservation's importance. The cells used for this procedure can be split and used in future experiments.
